Services


Editure Limited (formerly myinternet Ltd) is a leading provider of Internet applications and

managed services to the K-12 education sector in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, the UK

and the US. Their managed services and web-based applications are used by over one million

users globally. The platform is comprised of both open source technologies and in house

developed solutions. Editure supports over 200 servers in 21 server farms located around the

world. The Melbourne Service Centre is responsible for delivery of all contracts in Australia, New

Zealand and Hong Kong.


Reported to: Executive Manager, Education Software Services


Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of 11 contracts in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

• Manage 9 direct reports in Melbourne, Adelaide and the UK.

• Conduct performance planning and review process twice yearly for each report.

• Provide monthly reporting to Executive Management and the Board.

• Manage operational issue escalations.

• Control Change Management for the production environment.
